My journey to AI in Tourism started in the mountains, the savannahs, and the booking offices where tourism actually happens. After studying Tourism Marketing at university, I spent 15+ years living in the industry from every angle. I’ve lived in many places around the world, Johannesburg (South Africa), London (United Kingdom), Saalbach (Austria), and Queenstown (New Zealand), working with diverse cultures and talented people from all walks of life.

I worked as a guide across the UK, Europe, and I immersed myself in thriving tourism communities. I founded iHolidays, leading safaris through South Africa’s Limpopo to see the Big Five. I’ve built and led sales and marketing strategies for corporate tourism businesses, working with both inbound and outbound operators from adventure experiences and boutique tours to luxury travel and multi-destination journeys.

I’ve also been fortunate to travel to 52 countries myself, which means I understand tourism from both sides: as a professional guiding and selling experiences, and as a traveller experiencing them. That dual perspective helps me see what actually matters to your guests and your business.
