  • Grammarly: AI-enhanced writing and tone.

  • Google Workspace: Drive and Meet (Collaboration and Meetings).

  • Zoom: Video consultations.

4. Distribution & Social Connectivity

We facilitate automation and data processing for the following social platforms:

  • Alphabet: YouTube & Google Business

  • LinkedIn

  • Others, according to client needs, where required.

Part 2:

Special Provisions for AI Services

1. No Guarantee of Accuracy (“AI Hallucinations”) Client acknowledges that Global Thinking AI utilises third-party artificial intelligence (AI) tools to generate content, code, and automations. AI models are probabilistic and may occasionally produce incorrect, biased, or “hallucinated” information. Global Thinking AI does not warrant or guarantee the factual accuracy or reliability of AI-generated output.

2. Mandatory Human Review The Client is solely responsible for the final review and “Human-in-the-loop” verification of all AI-generated content (including but not limited to chatbots, social media posts, and automated emails) before it is published or relied upon. Global Thinking AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of unverified AI output.

3. No Professional Advice: Output generated by our AI systems does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. The client should consult with qualified professionals for such matters.

4. Intellectual Property of AI Output Ownership of AI-generated output is subject to the Terms of Service of the underlying provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). While we grant the Client the rights to use the output as part of our service, we make no representation that such output is eligible for copyright protection under current law.

5. Third-Party Terms By using our services, Client agrees to comply with the acceptable use policies of our sub-processors, including the OpenAI Usage Policies and Google’s Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. Client acknowledges that these third-party terms may change, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated sub-processor policies.

6. Location Disclosure Unless otherwise specified, data processed by these sub-processors may be stored on servers located in the United States.
